NEW YORK -- Parlux Fragrances,Inc. said it has signed an exclusive worldwide license agreement to develop and market a line of cosmetics for Paris Hilton. Ft. Lauderdale-based Parlux currently manufacturers and distributes Paris Hilton fragrances and recently signed an exclusive agreement to manufacture and distribute Paris Hilton watches. Parlux News
